Front Office Assistant
Responsibilities
- Assist in Front Office Department in the administrative and clerical works.
- Develop good and respected relationship with the internal and external customers by providing excellent customer services.
- Attend to all incoming calls, enquiries, take messages and direct calls with good telephone etiquette.
Requirements
- Candidate possesses at least SPM qualification or a Diploma in Hotel Management.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the Hotel/Tourism Industry.
- Pleasant personality with good communications skills.
- Candidate must able to work shifts and on public holidays and Sunday.
COMMIS 1
Responsibilities
- Responsible in preparation and cooking of hotel food.
- Responsible in maintaining and improving hotel food cost.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years relevant experience in similar capacity
- Possess good all round knowledge in local and western food.
Senior Sales Executive
Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager to monitor and review all activities of the Sales & Marketing Department.
- To lead and monitor all Sales & Marketing activities to improve the company’s performance greatly.
- To monitor all deadlines related to the Sales & Marketing Department
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploama, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess positive working attitude, result driven, independent & self motivated.
- Able to interact effectively all level of people.
- Ambitious and hardworking candidate.
