Maxis is also taking part in preparing fresh graduate for the real work environment. Maxis give a platform for new talent to be trained as part of the preparation in facing the actual job. Some of the requirement to be in the programme are Malaysian students, CGPA 3.0 & above, ability to converse in English and Malaysia and few more. On top of that, there will be benefits for the successful candidates in terms of allowance & hands on experience.
